Welcome to June and Opal Paper Co. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing and using our website (“Site”) and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our Site and using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Services Provided

We offer custom wedding invitations, announcements event stationery, and graphic design services. Detailed descriptions of our services can be found on our Site.

3. Order Process

  • Custom Orders: Once you place a custom order, we will provide a proof for your approval. It is your responsibility to review all proofs for accuracy. We are not liable for any errors approved by you.

  • Payment: 50% deposit is required before design proofs and the remaining 50% is due prior to pickup/shipping of completed project. We accept e-transfer or credit card.

  • Order Minimum: we require a minimum investment of $1500 on wedding invitations, $500 on day of stationery and $300 on all other invitations.

  • Shipping and Delivery: We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will be provided prior to your final payment. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

4. Returns and Cancellations

  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, all sales are final.

  • Your stationery will be printed exactly as shown on the approved proofs. If you find an error on your stationery, please contact us. However, any errors that were approved by the client will be the client’s responsibility to cover the reprinting costs. If there is an error on our part, we will correct it at no additional cost.

  • Please note that we cannot accept returns or process refunds for errors on approved proofs, regardless of where the error originated. While we strive to identify and highlight any errors during the proofing process, the final responsibility for proofing lies with the client.

  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If production has already started, cancellation may not be possible.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, illustrations, and content created by June + Opal are our exclusive property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account on our Site.

  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use our Site for any unlawful purposes or to engage in any conduct that could damage or impair the Site.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that our Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall June + Opal be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Site or services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless June + Opal from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of our Site and services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our Site. Your continued use of our Site and services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
